The problem

Stage 11 Danceground had no professional digital presence. All communication with students and parents happened via WhatsApp and social media — informally, with no structure or control. There was no centralized place where interested families could learn about the academy, its categories, schedules, events, or pricing.

The director managed all information manually, creating disorganization and an unprofessional image compared to competing academies in the city.
